Growing & Harvesting

Rice, a Kharif Crop, is sown during the monsoon season, usually between June and July. The harvesting season starts in September and rungs through November. Each rice variety follows a unique growth cycle, ensuring it is harvested at the ideal time for maximum ripeness and quality. This precise timing guarantees the best results for every rice variety we produce.

Paddy Selection

We ensure the utmost care in selecting only the highest quality paddy. Our process focuses on choosing grains with superior characteristics, which directly impact the final rice quality. By selecting high-yield and disease-resistant paddy, we minimize potential losses and maintain top grade rice production standards.

Paddy Cleaning

All impurities, including dirt, stones and other foreign particles, are meticulously removed from the paddy upon arrival at the mill. Immature grains are also discarded if found. The paddy is then efficiently dried using advanced dryers to eliminate and remaining moisture, ensuring the best quality rice.

Milling and Warehousing

In the milling process, the husk is removed from the dried paddy, revealing rice with a brownish texture due to the bran layers. Sate-of-the-art storage system, with controlled moisture and temperature, are used to age the rice for at least one year, enhancing its taste and aroma for a richer flavor experience.

Grading

To ensure consistent quality and size, each grain undergoes a rigorous grading process. We carefully measure the length and thickness of each grain, separating broken or damaged ones. This meticulous sorting ensures that only the highest quality grains are included in our final product.
